Empty scroll phase step bug.
Whenever I try to do the:
"O LORD
TEACH
PHASE/PHASE STEP"
I don't get anything. And the scroll doesn't work. Is it a bug?

hey, had the exact same issue as your video so how did you fix it ?
the wiki say you can type phase or phase step but i know its not the best wiki ever so maybe just "phase" doesnt work and it works with "phase step"?
