Their is sexual content per say like with the ogres junk out, but that's more so for the depravity of the situation and overall game. This is not like a H3nt@i were the main focus is sexual content if that's what you're referring to.

The marriage system does exist as a mechanic, and a group of people inside the dungeon that have sex, but it's nothing too extreme.

Yes it's a legit game.

The sexual content is more for nightmare fuel than arousal. There are some very screwed up situations (like the one you describe), but it's because it's a horror game.

There's literally an orgy you can join that's fully animated and people are somehow on the fence on whether there is sex in this game. It's not even that far in the game so I'm wondering how much of it people played before commenting here.

There is sex in this game. There is rape in this game. There is disturbing sexual horror in this game. But this isn't a sex game in the same way Game of Thrones is not a porno.

I hate to be the one who breaks you in on internet fetishes, but hypnosis-porn is a pretty common fetish. It's not much of a stretch to think someone is jerking it to a bunch of people wearing bunny masks having trance induced sex in a meadow, especially since they are some of the few people in the game who don't look mutated into an abomination. It's probably the only depiction of sex in the entire game that wouldn't look out of place in a regular porn game, RPG graphics aside.

In fact I I know of one porn game that has an almost identical sex scene, aside from lacking bunny masks.

The sexual content here is not sexual at all, it's actually terrifying and not arousing to the slightest, it's used as a punishment for mistakes like losing a fight.

The game Is not hentai or porn, but It does have sexual elements to It. There are depictions of characters having sex, there are naked characters and monsters with their junk out, there Is r*pe and there are also sexual torture. This marks the game as being adult only, along with countless other dark and horrible themes.

The game Is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up dark horror, and everything It uses, It uses to unsettle and disturb you. The game Is not some kind of porn game for you to jerk It to, If that's what you're asking.

It's not meant to be porn, no, but there are graphic full frontal scenes everywhere - male and female - and sex scenes AND rape scenes, male and female victims, gay and straight. In a way it's pornographic, but I wouldn't call it porn and I don't think your Steam friends would think twice if they saw it in your library. It's a very legit game with dark subject matter that doesn't censor much of anything.
But, something I haven't seen people say is that this game isn't for everybody. I know plenty of people with strong, desensitized, tummies who probably would quit after a certain game over sequence that has you end up with the anal bleeding status effect. Literally, that's real.
So, just keep that in mind.
