About to start my first playthrough and was wondering if there are any QoL or interesting mods worth picking for it? Or is it just better to go in fully vanilla?

There's a suspend-and-restore mod that allows one to save and quit at will without creating a permanent save file.

A better English translation mod exists, as well.

might be late but honestly go vanilla there arent so many bugs that you can encounter just do a bit of scouring for certain things that are in the game or events because you can bug the game like that or prevent something from happening

on pcgamingwiki there are a some intructions to make the game run better. It does show in the later areas mostly.
