What tabletop RPG would you play Fear and Hunger in?

Hey folks! A Fear and Hunger setting would be a pretty fun experience for a tabletop RPG campaign, no? The question is- what system would you run it in?

Personally, I would choose Mythras. It's a gritty low fantasy system with d100s. It plays pretty well in any historical period, so you could play a Termina setting, too. Plus, creatures have different limbs you can target in combat.

I feel something like Torchlight could work, too, or even D&D 1e / OSR. You'd probably have to remove races and non-human classes, though.
