Dash stopped working
I encountered a yellow wizard like dude in the mines and after it hit me with some spell from long range my dash skill stopped working and now i move slowly, none of my limbs are broken and the dash skill is still listed in my skill menu?!?!?

How can i get my dash back?

Sorry to say, but the yellow wizard's spell will take one of your limbs each time it hits you. So he took one of your legs and you cannot dash anymore. The only way to be able to dash again would be to do the event that can repair lost limbs, or use a ritual circle to become a different character. I would probably just load last save point if I were you though.
