How can I get an achievement? I don't care if it's even illegal

If you really want the achievement you can always just use Steam Achievement Manager, you can download it off the internet. I find it to be a bit pointless considering achievements mean basically nothing but hey, if you want it, that's probably one of the few ways to obtain it.

Don't do that! It will pretty much confirm that you're a cheater and goes against the idea of achievement hunting, the achievement hunter community will blacklist you.

Oh no! Not the achievement hunter community! What would we ever do without their acceptance and affirmation?!

It's a single player game and the only way to grab an otherwise unobtainable achievement. Anyone who actually cares needs to touch some grass.

Meh, its an unobtainable one, they don't care about those. Same with bugged achivements
