Can you get your legs back ?
Do you get your legs back or will you just be crawling around for the rest of the game and its better to reset?

You can actually.

You can do a marriage by making love with one of your human followers (including the ghoul) on a praying circle and grow your leg back, you will be a hideous monster however. Before doing this remember to unnequip your items.
You can also sell the girl to the lady of the moon, she will heal you from any afflictions even broken bones, you need to solve the puzzle in the catacombs
