Can't use skills out of combat?
Ok so recently I hit a bug where I can not use skills out of combat, but I can in combat. Loving whispers and talk are both completely grayed out but only out of combat

I have no idea if it's related, but I did get hit by soulbind then went to an older save after I died soon after

I get the same bug. No healing spells or transmutation in the overworld.

Same thing here, Not sure if it was part of the game or a bug
