Can I dismiss party members? (spoilers)
I had recruited Nas'hrah & he's helped out a lot, but I got to a point where I need to get rid of him, is there a way to do that?
People have said that getting someone's mind to drop low enough will let you leave them behind, but it doesn't work for the floating head, is there anything else I can try or am I stuck with him forever?

As for the other team members, they can die or they can get driven crazy and you'll be given an opportunity to leave them behind.

Every other party member you should let their sanity go low to around 50. An event will trigger where you get a one on one talk with them. The dialogue options that let you leave them should be pretty clear from there.
I don't know if it's required but I've only ever seen these events trigger in sacrifice/marriage rooms

However Nas'Hrah is here to stay. He can't be killed, and he doesn't suffer any effects of insanity other than being unable to cast spells

Every other except for Moonless it seems. Which makes sense, her mind works differently. I was originally under the impression you can just tell them to leave with the Talk skill. You'd think that'd be an option.

You can dismiss ghouls and skeletons by talking to them and disabling Necromancy.
EDIT: Good for when you're acquiring limbs for the Sergal spear
