Book Of Fears Question

There's fears that seem to put you at an obvious disadvantage, like Panophobia (Fear of everything), but which one's are worth making a new save over? I have no way of knowing what enemies lay ahead.

I made a new Cahara save and landed with Teratophobia (Fear of monsters and malformations). It seems like everything you fight could be classified as one or the other.

Teratophobia is by far the worst (besides panophobia of course) as far as i'm aware

Phasmophobia is the one you want. Phasmophobia has i believe a total of only 3 enemies that trigger the phobia - of which, 2 have a low hp pool and the 3rd can either be one shot with an item on the lowest difficulty, or deals no damage to your party provided you have enough party members on any difficulty

On all my runs i've rarely had a character with Necrophobia for some reason, so i'm uncertain but given the lack of seemingly undead enemies, Necrophobia is probably also really good

Not a problem. I'm thinking of creating a comprehensive guide sometime on the fears since their game balance has been bugging me a lot
