How do i remove it?

You can't it's cursed, not even cutting off both hands will remove it, read the description next time and if it says its cursed know that you cannot remove it.

Though, you can "remove" it by changing the character, remove all items except the offending ring on you and one of the other starting characters (except the priest, you can encounter these characters in the dungeon) or a resurrected ghoul (one of yours, not one you can find in the halls) and have sex on a ritual circle, make sure you remove the items you want to keep first since they will get lost.

You can manually remove it using RPG Maker MV if you'd like. It's set to lock your accessory slot. Same with the ring that prevents bleeding. Just remove the thing that keps it locked, then save the project. Then when you load in-game, you can just take it off like any other accessory. I can explain in better detail once I go through the steps again myself.
