Items don't work
I loaded into a save after dying on fear and hunger mode, and now I can't use any of the items I have. It's playing the sound effect when there is no items when there is food in my inventory.

Please help i just wanna play the game

I haven't experienced this one. Do you have Reign of New Gods installed? It fixes a majority of major and minor bugs.

I don't, I'll have to install it, but good news, re-logging into the game did the trick and now I can use items.

Well that's good to hear, it would suck to lose a run to a stupid bug.
