The game has a lot of material that is very very dark and often explicit as well. It's not a porn game at all but rape, torture, child abuse, and drug use are very much a part of the game. For the best it has the adult tag. It also has consenual sex as well I suppose.

plenty of those exist in other games that dont have adult-only rating, like Cyberpunk 2077 and the Witcher games....
so yeah the rating should be lowered. adult-only should only be reserved for porn games

I mean most games don't involve all your limbs being broken and then getting raped to death, Children aren't getting beheaded, sold to pedos, or doing opium. It can be quite extreme. Nothing in Cyberpunk comes anywhere close to anything in Fear and Hunger having played both. Cyberpunk is very very tame.

No no no, but it's more important to be 100% consistent with ratings every single time, and if there is ever 1 single game with rape that isn't adults only, then none of them should be because that's apparently how things work in the real world (sarcasm, obviously).

in this game you just read about it and see still images
in CP2077 you can do half of those things in real time and with 4k graphics
