Salmonsnake soul bug or am I just dumb?
Yeah so I got the salmonsnake soul which is supposed to prevent the lose of limbs but when I try to walk past what I guess is a mage dressed in yellow he casts a spell that takes my limbs off anyways? Shouldn't the salmonsnake soul protect me or do I need to do something else?

my guess is his “world attacks” ignore limb protection, try fighting him directly and seeing if his attacks affect your limbs
