Fullscreen Mode?
I can't figure out how to get the game to run in fullscreen, alt-enter is not working.

Suggestion: Just put that text on the title screen "Fullscreen: F4" it will save much gamer annoyance having to ultimately search the web to play the game in proper immersed mode (especially for a dark atmospheric game like this)..

in fullscreen you can also use F3 to switch between original and stretched resolution.
F5 completely restarts the game.
