restore sanity?
newb question, but how do I restore sanity? I run out so fast and nothing seems to bring it back.

Alcohol items, not sure what else as I've just been running around blind myself.

Alcohol is the easiest way, smoking tobaco or opium helps as well (pipe required), there's also a ring (accessory) that restores sanity in combat.
Maybe something else.

Stand in the light. Meaning, in courtyards or near the burning torches.
