Why can't I talk or use spells
All options are just gey and I can't interact with team. While combat everything works normal.

Yeah this is a known bug, but unknown in the sense that I have no idea what is causing it. I suspect it's a bug related to the engine, since there are no functions in the game that would disable skills and magic.

When this bug has occured to me on my playthroughs, I usually continue the game and within few minutes (changing the map or something) the bug fixes itself out.

This really isn't news- we should all know by now the game's a bit buggy (and will probably remain so). Rather than gravedigging old threads, you could always try one of the mods that have apparently fixed quite a bit of stuff.
