If splints are in the game, I haven't seen anyone online how has talked about how to make or get them. Also editing the save file reveals there's no item like that currently avaible to players.
I feel like I've gotten enough hang of this game to never end up with it. Think the best you can do is prevent it in the first place.
Crow mauler likes to inflict that on you, but he cant if his club arm is off etc.
I also had a soul item that prevented broken bones... but I don't remember which monster that had this soul.
Broken bones are mostly an annoyance and not game ending, especially after you get a bit more knowledge on how the game works you´ll rarely get hit in the first place so it´s not THAT important.
Maybe include the curing of bones under one of the more powerful healing items / healing spells?
I get that splints wouldn´t make "sense", but the game does feature quite a bit of magic or magical items, so maybe healing them via that approach could be possible.
Edit : NVM i just did a mariage to get rid of it, now i just look ugly
Ironic that you cured anal bleeding by giving someone else anal bleeding lol!
One thing about status ailments I'd like to say from game design standpoint. My idea for the game was that with each encounter your characters would be stacked with more and more ailments and burden and part of the game was to deal with it. It's kinda like reverse jRPG, where fighting as many enemies as possible makes characters stronger with EXP and Levels. In theory it's a fun idea to play around with imo, but it's probably not perfect as it is in practise.
I personally am OK with it, but it´s certainly something that needs getting used to.
