About nudity... Does game show breasts and genitals directly (uncensored)? only show breasts directly (topless)? with something like mosaic (censorship)? or neither (doesn't show / in underwear)?

The game does show everything. Although not in the most realistic fashion because of the rather simplistic 2D look.

depictions of breasts, penises, vaginas, intercourse, oral sex, dead nude bodies, several enemies have exposed privates, there's at least one enemy that can rape you, eating bodies, eating dead naked bodies.

I went through a process and lost my gear, so my main character was naked in the menu and the game fully showed his genitals.
