I don't understand this game at all
We have to setup the menu for each day, only for customers to come in, grab their own food (no drinks, silverware, etc), and within seconds, they're done eating and ready to be waited on for the bill. Who pays for a buffet AFTER the fact? Notice that the customers don't have drinks, silverware, etc, just plates that magically come from the serving dish to feed an unknown number of people. I can't even hire someone to wash the ridiculous few dishes I have, and even after purchasing a microwave, all I can manage to put out are two freak'n plates of microwaved food prepared yesterday before the day is over with night time? When waking up, I literally run to the restaurant to open up, and the day is still over within two minutes. What a joke.

On a side note, if there's a way to pickup multiple items at the same time, I'm ready to hear it. Also, if we can keep the menu from changing day to day, I'm also wanting to know. There's no reason whatsoever to have to keep setting the menu daily unless I'm missing something.

It's too difficult for you it seems, that happens. Refund and move on, don't stress yourself for no reason. There are plenty of games for casual players.

Are you not flipping the closed /open sign? Maybe the day starts immediately as you get up the next day if you don't flip your sign to closed. You should have an infinite amount of time to get ready in the morning.

So I played a bit more, and managed to add a second dish. I'm now up to about 12-13 customers a day and about 65K, with the beef meal and tomato soup being offered. It makes the work day go a little bit slower, which is a plus, and I already have everything prepared the night before. The first attempt at soup meant having to buy another pot from the shop, as apparently if you're filling the pot with water, you can't switch to the tablet or else it will disappear. Well after purchasing and mixing the ingredients, I put the pot on the grill for a boil. I then attempted to pour the soup into the bowls, and found that the soup ended up all over the floor. Long story short, I finally figured it out, and also purchased a single stove top for boiling.

I ended up moving the serving trays directly in front of where I'm working as a "chef", and hired some uninspiring help. I also added several additional tables, so I'm now up to five total, able to seat 14.

Even if you click on the options for the wait staff to wash dishes and clean, she will only wash dishes and wait tables but never clean..... probably closer to a real restaurant actually. Luckily there isn't a whole lot of trash. I've mostly found the hired help to be rather annoying, as she always ends up in the kitchen where I'm working, and during the day opens up that space to an empty bathroom. Its not like she cleans anything in there anyway.

I've noticed another building out there that looks like its for sale, so I'm saving my pennies to maybe buy that and give it a go.

Yep, I noticed the drink machines once I started to accumulate even more $$$. Oddly you don't see actual liquid in the machine, but I'm sure that's a work in progress. It supplies a passive income of about 100 per drink. I also added a candy vending machine for additional income.

Actually it had nothing at all to do with difficulty, but rather that between opening the restaurant, and closing it, I'd like more than two or three minutes of gameplay. Everything feels rushed.
