Buying a new restaurant
Just a few quick recommendations for anyone considering buying that other building to build a bigger restaurant.

The moment you buy it, you no longer have access to the other restaurant. Sell as much as you can in that building before you move over, and use up as much produce as possible, as once you buy that other building, everything ends up in a single crate. Hell, even my sole waitress was inside the thing with her head sticking out.... haha. To make it much simpler, try and sell everything you can, leaving the pots as those will transfer over.

I myself lucked out, in that I got rid of just about everything but the furniture in advance, but there was still a learning lesson that hurt. If you start by immediately renovating the building, that's great, but try and keep it simple, as you MUST open up that day selling SOMETHING, so that you can close the day, sleep, and see that the game is saved. I didn't do this in my first run, and after spending literally hours on renovating the building, I closed to desktop thinking it would save, which it didn't. Luckily I had the entire design pretty much in my head, so buying the building over again probably saved me a little $$$ in the end, and took about a little over an hour to renovate this time. Still, live and learn.

Another piece of advice, is that the building is much larger space, and requires a good amount of spending. Try and save up a lot more than the 50K before buying it. I had just over 250K at the time, but after buying the building and renovating the inside, I'm down below 100K.

I found that the doors a are bit funky to work with, and just try and keep them open. I was sad to find out that the nifty little trash can for home doesn't work in the restaurant, as a more discrete option would certainly be a nice addition to a finer establishment.

You can also store some items (most except food related that goes into the crate) if you pull out your hammer and look at a counter for example it allows you to store it into your inventory which is accessed in your warehouse tab in the top far right of the screen where you buy stuff.

You don't need anything to sell just end the day and it's saving.

Yes, but just remember that it replaces the small restaurant that you currently own. You can't own both, and the money that you get from the sale price must go towards the bigger property, which costs something like 50K after your automatic sale of the smaller property.

i know you can get other restaurants, i saw them on stream.
now am kind of waiting for someone to offer me a restaurant...

could you add a tip on HOW TO ACTUALLY get another restaurant please :D which milestone do i need to reach? or whats the critera for it?

There is no criteria, you could just buy it when you made enough money. The thing is, atleast in hard mode, it will become impossible to serve everyone on your own in the new restaurant. The waiters do not serve the dishes..

now i feel i like we are playing a different game :D
i saw another bulilding, that i assume will be the next restaurant. guessing i go there click it and "buy it" for a price. ??!?!? or do i get an offer from someone, when the time has come?

there is a hard mode????????????
so, at some point, costumers wont get their own buffet-food and you have to serve them? is this the hard mode? where do i even find the setting for hard mode?

my friends dont like to play "lame dining games sadly, am playing alone for now.

now i wonder how many more things i dont know about.

--> recently figured you can just put a plate of something onto the grill. could half grill a bunch of skewers and finish them when needed. or a plate of 10 chillis all the once without having to pick them seperatly.

*edit am blind. i only looked at the side of the other restaurant building and didnt see the sign -for sale-. *facepalm*
i got over half a million money, restaurant only costs 50k lol
