How to save the game

i don't know how i can save my game, i cannot see any option about saving the game.

Bringing this up for topic. I've had a recent multiplayer game with friends and slept throughout the day, but one of my friends got disconnected so after we woke up from the apartment, we quit to menu and relaunched the server using the "Continue" button.

Right after we got back from our restaurant, its back to the same as yesterday's file, meaning all the hard work we put to the kitchen last night was somehow deleted or wasn't saved even after sleeping.

I hope the devs can answer this, and put a manual saving option cos I cannot rely on the autosave feature anymore.

I want to save whenever I want and not need to end the day. Give us some QoL !

There have been times when I've made a TON of progress, waited until I ended the day, and then logged off. When I came back, every single bit of my progress was gone. I've had to do my outdoor seating three times because of this.

In the beginning saving only when sleeping was ok but as you progress and make major changes it would be great to be able to save when you want. After buying the bigger restaurant, I did a bunch of decorating/ renovations but in order to save all of that hard work I had to do a restaurant shift, which was annoying.

Yes its a bug that seems to happen to quite a few people.

It happened to me 3 times up to now, and one of those times I actually lost 2 days cause I had played 2 days in a row that the game didnt save. Extremely frustrating.

I am sure it has been said and if it has forgive me as I do not have time to go through the whole thread, but this game NEEDS a manual save option!! Right now anything that happens in the game between the time you start and go to sleep is not saved. With all of the glitches in early access, this should have been in the game day one. I have lost whole entire days before due to there not being a save and the game freezes or crashes. So please devs add this option.

No, that's bad suggestion. Current implementation is way better, just a button to save is boring.

I'm all for the game saving after you sleep, AS LONG AS IT DOES SAVE! Multiple times now the game won't save after I sleep and when I come back to the game I have to replay the same day AGAIN.

Until this bug is fixed they should add a manual save

Yes there is such an issue. It's happened to me twice. I'm sitting here right now trying to get it to save so I don't lose the last two hours of game play and it will not save. I'm really pissed off.
