Love the idea

I absolutely love the idea presented here so far - there are so many farming games out there but charming urban games seem scarce. Admittingly I havent played or bought it yet but I will be observing it closely.

My biggest question is about the characters in the game - will there be interesting and unique npcs with their stories/secrets to discover? I see there is a romance option - is it same sex romance as well or are there any limits?

I wish the developers all the best with this game! You definitely gained a follower here :)

thank you very much for the positive vibes! We very much appreciate the time you took to write this.

It is true, there are mostly farming and semi-farming simulations that is why we wanted to do something in the other direction.
Yes some NPC's have a backstory and you can get into it. With the Scenario update that is just around the corner (planned in the next few weeks) a few more NPC will come "to life" with a rich backstory. But as it has it, not all NPCs can have a backstory, due to the amount of NOC's in the game.
Romantic interests are not restricted so same sex romances are possible so there is no limitation here.
