I still haven't gotten my Big Box Founders Edition

I paid what is to me a lot of money for it when it was still available and now the game is out and nothing.
What can I do about this? I have been ignored on the official social media and I haven't found a reliable way to contact so far.

Nobody has their big box, whatever company they farmed out the production of them is taking a long time to make them. If you go to their Discord they'll either say that they've asked for information or that you'll hear from them when it's shipped. If they don't simply ignore your question.

It has been out of order for 4 years. It was limited to only a few hundred copies and sold out within days.

They are not going to produce them without the game being released first.
Plus they have to confirm shipping orders, before producing any boxes.
The limit was 500.
