Leg Void is broken
Short version: Leg Void buffer is as big as 2,5 seconds, triggers even after block and from any distance. Leads to a very bad effect on gameplay.

First video was made in 2021, 2 month after HQ's release on Steam. Second one I made a week ago. So this issue is with us since the very beginning and still not fixed.

Long version: if you input back movement while you opponent cuts low, you character will go into leg void or leg away animation. This will happen as late as 2,5 seconds after the cut. Even if said low cut is blocked, leg void still triggers. It serevery affects the gameplay as those leg voids can happen out of nowhere and break your maneuvers.

It's super relevant for characters that move fast. Like Laszlo can simply move back out of most low cuts (they are either slow or lack reach) but leg void makes him stop and behave unintentionally. I.e. this maneuver brings harm rather than helps a character to avoid attack. And obviously it is exploitable.

Please fix this. Lower the buffer, stop leg void trigger on blocks, limit the distance, make all chars block low rather than leg void (like Izzy and Zera) if everything else fails, any other combination or change. HQ has a bunch of issues, but stuff like this... sitting with us for like 3,5 years... Please fix this.

This has been an issue for years~ At the game's state bug fixing should be number 1 priority

And note : With Alex its even worse since many times he will do a delayed leg void twice, rendering him immovable for like 3 seconds, and causing you to stop your momentum. Bugs like these kill the game.

And remove the leg void from Gedeon. He had a working low block and the leg void Gedeon has now has an animation that doesn't fit his stances.

Or at least make something that fits him. If he did something like his backdash (which switches his stance) in an easy accessible "leg void" with a counter that reach the enemy right after he misses, then his leg void could be justified (and it that form it wouldn't require additional animations - just reuse his backdash.

Yes, bugs have been accumulating lately as the development seemed more focused on Story Mode and other contents, a good bug sweep would be welcomed.
