I did hear that people are learning to mod the game, so it might eventually be possible through modding?
This has been implemented in the Chinese weapon mod and there are Japanese samurai mods etc. Look at Nexus mods to find them. As for implementation in the vanilla game it should be obvious by now that we as a community do not want that type of stuff. Its just not historically accurate and it annoys us for the reason Temujin mentions here.
Please tell me them then.
Plus Hellish Quart has a samurai mod on Nexus mods. Go download it or make/commission one yourself if its not good enough.

The fact you want exotic styles is all the more reason to keep this one accurate cause we will get to see 17th century Central European (and indeed Turkish/Tatar) styles that are never ever put in games aside from few exceptions. But there are mods if you want to see more so there is no reason to troll here.
