There aren't any Turks in the game as of yet. Barabasz is Zaporozhian and the closest thing to a Turk. Most of the Characters are Polish-Lithuanian, Except for Isabella, Marie, Kalkstein etc. Even Father Zera is Polish, according to the Wiki.
Also, I find it hilarious you demand "english swordsman" and "samurai with katana", both probably belong to the most disproportionaly overrepresented character tropes in pop culture.
