My 2nd choice is the controller, but with the directional cross rather than the analogic stick: in my opinion it's more precise to do hits and movements.
But for me, both are playable and enjoyable. ^^
I'm not good at the keyboard, so it's not my go-to device.
However, I'm happy to read that the keyboard controls are seemingly flawless, too!
Thanks for the comments but what arcade stick and hand controller do you use then?
I switched over the the SF4 TE Round 2 arcade stick for a bit. Very precise using the stick for movement, and fingers spread across the buttons more naturally than that of a pad.
But...I went back to the pad for comfort and the game not being in a state of competitive play right now.
- I made my own arcade stick myself, (Using "Sanwa" stick and buttons - there are Kits of stick+buttons+USB card+wires sold on Ebay, Amazon, AliExpress etc, and it's not very complicated to do)...
- For the pad, it's an Xbox360 controller. (I've tested several, but in my opinion it's still the best).
+1
However, I am a complete newbie to fighting games and this is my first "fighting game", if you can call it that at all.
I have heared that it´s one of the best but they also say that it has bad quality ; )
