It's still very active on EU side, (can't say for NA but I usually see one NA server up every evening). On EU side there is usually 1-2 full servers in the evening, just the other week I saw 2 full publics and 1 full private server, so people are still playing. In TAW EU we are doing our internal tournament right now.
Amazon is probably best if you want a new copy.
It's a hurdle to install even if you had a digital download, you still need to download the patch manually etc.
Just get a key from the disc, download game and patch, install and play. You don't need to use the disc.
splash damage today should make ETQW free toplay maybe.
Are you European? Ofc, if you check during the day you won't see any full servers (except maybe on weekends and holidays), the community isn't large enough to support that, but every european evening there is 1-2 full EU servers, as I said last week I saw 3 servers fully populated with EU people, two 24 people servers, and one 32 people server. One of the servers was the one I was on playing private games with TAW, we had 20 on our 24 people server, the two public servers were full.
So for example, servers ingame might be empty now, but as the evening goes on they will fill up.
NA side I don't know much about since I'm usually not awake in their evening, but BBA is usually up/full. It seems that lately NA side has slowed down though (those evenings I have been up very late). TAW NA still has regular games though twice a week.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I was on 19:45 my time (8 PM, meaning 5 hours ago), and then there was a full EU server and people were playing (no bots, and it was Jesus server). That server was then full at least until before midnight when I left. Right now it's 1 AM my time. So I find it strange that you are either lying or just to lazy to log into the game and look.
And just for the sake of it I logged into the game now as well, the NA server BBA seems to be starting up as usual, currently 11 people on it. (Still early in NA evening).
hey, settle down. gametracker doesnt lie. You might be for all I care and I havent accused you of anything so settle down Anacleto. Another thing when you have to change your life to be able to play with others simply means its dead. Youre in EU and you found some people. I live in america and it is dead for me.
And gametracker is telling me that an NA server is active right now, so why don't you play with those guys? Or with TAW NA that allow guests. (And this is a thursday evening).
And I never accused gametracker of lying, just you, gametracker probably showed full public EU servers before as it always does, and you should have seen that then.
Having 3 full EU servers is more than "some people".
EU evening to NA evening is a pretty large timespan. So unless you work in the late afternoon and all NA evenings....
It has had fully populated servers (24/24) for the last 7 hours. (Except in the last 40 min - 1 hour when BBA was starting up).
