too less cs1.6 servers

Hey guys, i just downloaded cs1.6 from steam and i get too less cs1.6 servers, it show me like 4200 servers but most of them are like 0/32, if i go to filters and mark on ,,has users playing,, it shows me like 500 servers, is that normal that cs1.6 has so less servers :/ if anyone know the soulution pls reply. Thx

Here's my server. I just reopened it and it will be once again full with 20+ players constantly all the time. Server ip: 5.252.100.253:27015. The server was just reopened today and most of the old admins are back
