SKIN LEGAL ?
I just wan't to know if make a cs 1.6 skin is legal (model for ct and t and HLTV animation) thank you and sorry for bad english i'm french :)

Just make your own skins. This isnt illegal. But some servers aren't allow customized skins on their servers but their own. Then you will receive a error message while trying to join these servers.

Counterstrike 1.6 is fully customizable. You can modify the sounds, models, sprites, map textures, map backgrounds, etc.
Modifying counterstrike in this way is legal in the sense that VAC will not ban you. Modifying counterstrike is not allowed for league play however.

Take a look at a some of the video's I have uploaded. They will show you how customizable the game can be.
