I want to change my weapons skins without being banned,I can do that?And if I cand do that,I want to {ODKAZ SMAZÁN}know,who??

Go ahead you can use skins and you will not get banned , as long as you use a simple skin ( that just change collors or something) some server doesn't allow you to get in with skins so it will automatically download default models back i just dont know if you can use skins playing with Sxe or any other anti-cheater program :)

If I were you I would install any custom skins and sounds into the cstrike_hd folder, Then use the enable HD models if available box in the options. Doing that will allow you to have 2 sets of skins, default and custom and to select between them, simply enable or disable the box.
