HELP. CS 1.6 shooting problem

Hello everyone. So I'm facing a really annoying problem. Almost every time when I'm trying to spray bullets near the enemy, my rifle stops shooting after a few shots, like I don't have ammo or something. Then I have to tap the mouse button to keep shooting. And it's very annoying, because I can't spray and in close combat it's impossible to kill someone, you know... (There are no problems with AWP or pistols, because you have to tap the mouse button every time to keep shooting).
So maybe someone have faced a problem like this and could help? Maybe there's something with my cfg or what? And another thing, I'm getting choke like 1-8 every time when playing, so maybe it's somehow related to it...
I could post my pc specs, cfg lines or even upload a demo if anyone has any idea what could be wrong.

I am using original config . I tested with other steam account and no-steam... same problem. I believe that problem is in my computer, some hardware. Changed network card and no solved.

I bought the new motherboard and processor. I used the same mouse. The problem was solved.

It's not the game it's not the mouse its your ..king internet or PC so try to fix that....how much ms and fps do you have when you play the game??

Problem returned !! OMG !! The problem is Logitech MX518 mouse . There are some reports on the internet about the same problem. Mouse is good if I play off line. If I play on line, pthe problem happens.
