Can't change resolution in game. Please help. CS 1.6

I set the resolution wrong and now i cant get back to options. The window doesn't fit in the monitor. The bottom is cut off and i can't pull it up to get to options to change it back. Re-installing doesn't work. Thanks!

Go to your steam libary -> right click on counterstrike 1.6 -> select launch options -> then write -w 640 -h480
then you get the lowest resolution when you start the game.

Hey i use windows 8.1 . And i changed my Screen to widescreen. And now my screen is black but i can hear the sound of going on the options,find server or quit menu. But i cant see anything. I tried this : " Originally posted by aNox:
