Counterstrike 1.6 - Auto rebuy keys F1 and F2 work and sometimes don't

Here is the problem I am having.

Normally when I play counterstrike 1.6 I have 2 keys that are used for auto rebuy.

If I press F1 and I am a CT will get full Kevlar + Helmet, M4A1 and a defuse kit
If I press F1 and I am a Terrorist I get full Kevlar + Helmet and AK47

Now if I press F2 I will simply buy the same items I had last round. Example I had desert eagle and Kevlar last round and press F2 I will simply rebuy the same items.

The problem I am having is that upon joining a game server 3 things will happen:

1) The F1 keys work but F2 doesn't.
2) The F2 key works and auto rebuys what I had last round but F1 does not work.
3) Both keys work and I have no issues.

Sometimes If I leave the server and reconnect multiple times I can get both keys to work.

Is there a solution to this problem so I can fix this.
