PLZ HELP!!!!!! White screen parts and Menu boxes...
Hello guys. I am having bigtime issues with CS 1.6 since the last update. I even removed CS totally and reinstalled again but these issues are not going out. tried things mentioned in a forum post too like adding launch option of -nofbo etc too. not helping.
this is my major problem, when i open game the main screen has a big white stripe at the bottom.
I open options all the checboxes and icon are white boxed..
on the show scores screen too the white boxes appear. will share some screenshots.
As i said i totally deleted the game from half life folder and also delete local content from steam, it's already tried.
i am new here so plz bear with me.

i have it too on CS 1.6 !!

Graphic Card : ATI RADEAON 9200
Game : CS Anthology (cs 1.6, cz and cs deleted scenes.)

In the yesterday's beta update this has been fixed.

Verify you game cache files, reinstall your graphics drivers, opt out of beta both from CS and HL and then opt in again.

Hello,

i verified game cache files, i reinstalled graphics drivers, opted out of beta and opted in.......... now, CS1.6 doesn't work. hl.exe takes more than 70% of CPU....

i reinstalled graphics drivers and CS1.6 works, but the initial problem is still here (White screen parts and Menu boxes)

Are you running on latest beta (type version into the console and post here an output).

Check this issue[github.com] and try to do everything what is written there. If it doesn't work, post there a comment with your PC specifications and output of version command.
