[FIX] How to fix hw.dll / client.dll error after HL update
Update: You can also select BETA from CS properties, and game will run fine again.

1. Go to half-life properties (if you dont have it, go grab it its free on steam right now)
2. Select beta - steam legacy pre anniversary update
3. Wait for files to update
4. Play the best version of CS again :)
