CS 1.6 GUI Missing TEXT

Please somebody help me, I have searched and found nothing helpful.

EDIT: My game directory is not 'C'

Somebody help please, I tried editing Registry and changing render mode to D3D but still won't play :\

go to library --> right click on counter strike -->properties -->Local files Tab then click to verify integry of game cache.
