Counter Strike 1.6 freezes for a sec repeatedly

Hi :)
I have a cs 1.6 problem for less than a week. My cs 1.6 freezes. Its like 1 sec freez but repeatedly throughout the game ( whole game ). I dont have any ping ( 2-3-5-6-10max ), my internet connection is perfect - 70+ mbps and my machine is hell ( newest i5, 8gb ram ... etc ). I also have 100fps ( 100.5 ) and have no problem with that. I do have all the configurations - rate, fps_max, modem ... all of those and I have configured my graphic card from the nvidia control panel to have 100 fps ( so no problem there either ). And still I have those game freezes its annoying and very bad for gamming. Please can someone help me, I really really dont know how to handle this problem, I will appreciate all the help.

Thats Bad i got 60fps with a old pentium 4 with that game :(

That url to the image for net_graph - I noticed when that happaned the problem accured.

I also tried with or without firewall and antivirus.
Tried to switch afinity to only 1 core of my cpu and runned the game under XP SP3 comp mode. Nothing helped.

Are you running only Counter-Strike?
I had this problem with Opera running in the backgroung checking Facebook every 5 seconds ;) But it seems it's something else.

No its not from my browser. I use chrome but I've closed it in order to test, nothing happaned! :S I am running out of options :S Plase help..

I have the same problem, sudden jerks causing loss in netgraph, it stutters in between, with ping jumping from 30 to 120 and cpu spikes at the same time. Is this a network issue?, because I have tried everything wrt my computer, formatted my 7-tried without antivirus,spyware and the lot, tried playing cs on my ubuntu 12.04 still the lag persists. MY GPU is GT 610, i5-3330 3Ghz, 4 GB ram..

Have you fixed the issue ? Does it freeze only when you start walking or even if you are not moving it freeze also? Cause I think I have the same problem.
