How to fix recoil in cs 1.6

Pls help me i have a really bad recoil

recoil is part of the game is it horrible or light horrible being where when u shoot once ur camera is facing upwards light being just bounching two aimer lengths up

Burt fire with 2-3 shots with the M4A1 with the ak aim down and go for 4-5 shots, and never aim for the head go for the body and the recoil should movve the gun up. which make the bullets go up the body.
