Report a translation problem
So lower screen resolution make HUD larger, higher screen resolution make HUD smaller.
I think you pictures taken with different resolutions.
Radar is so important in this game but defaults settings are dog-poop..
Note this doesn't affect the radar as far as I can tell.
Also if you don't wanna replace your files, put the "sprites" folder in a separate "cstrike_addon" folder within your Half-Life directory, and enable "Allow custom addon content" in-game. (This also works with any other mods replacing files.)
