Cs 1.6 fps locked 60 on full screen windows10

When i put n vidia g force to be a cs main card fps is locked on 60 but when i put cs in window mode fps is 400/500 i have integrated intel hd graphic, when i put a cs to start with integrate intel graphic fps is 150-200 on full screen i try all setting in g force tur off everything and set cs to to fps max vsync and also do everything in cs , i desable a game x box recodings in wind 10 and still doesent work . PLEASE HELP!

remove fps_max vsync it caps your fps at 60 if you have a 60hz monitor

I set fps max 101 and still when i play on g force full screen fps is stuck to 60 but when i play on integrated intel card fps is 100

I also try vsync 0and everything....bi think that problem is with windows 10 pro maby?

Ensure that V-Sync is disabled both ingame and in the Nvidia Control Panel.

To disable V-Sync in Counter-Strike, either

• Navigate Ingame to Options > Video, and uncheck/disable "Wait for vertical sync"
  or
  
• Type the following console (if you are running OpenGL): gl_vsync 0

To disable V-Sync in your Nvidia driver

1. Navigate to Control Panel > NVIDIA Control Panel
   or
   Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > NVIDIA Control Panel
   
2. Click on "Manage 3D settings"
   
3. Select the "Global Settings" tab
   
4. Scroll down until you see "Vertical sync".
   
5. Click on the "Vertical sync" line and choose "Off" from the drop down.

If you want Vertical Sync on/off for a specific game, choose the "Program Settings" tab.

Vertical synchronization is a video setting for Counter-Strike & Nvidia. If enabled, it will prevent your video card from doing anything visible to the display memory until the monitor finishes its current refresh cycle. Assuming you're on a 60Hz monitor, this is likely the cause.

i do that n vidia setup and cs console setup gl and stuf... and still 60 fps stucked :(

I think that windows force 60fps on full screen onley as i play with g force, when i play wit intel integrated graphic fps is 101 as i set to be.. i try everything cs setupcand graphic...

Disable the following Windows 10 features:

• Windows Game Bar
  
• Windows Game DVR
  
• Windows Fullscreen Optimizations

Disabling Game Bar

1. Right-click the Start button.
   
2. Select Settings and navigate to Gaming > Game Bar.
   
3. Set the following setting to the off position:
   Record game clips, Screenshots, and broadcast using Game Bar

Disabling Game DVR

1. Right-click the Start button.
   
2. Select Settings and navigate to Gaming > Captures.
   
3. Set the following setting to the off position:
   Record in the background while I'm playing a game

Disabling Fullscreen Optimizations

1. Open your Half-Life directory by following the path below:
   Steam > Library > Counter-Strike: [Properties] > Local Files > Browse Local Files
   
2. Right-click the file 'hl.exe' and select Properties.
   
3. Select the tab 'Compatibility'.
   
4. Check [✔️] the box labeled "Disable fullscreen optimizations".

I try all that with non steam cs 1.6 but still doesent work shoud i try that with steam cs or is the same result?

i fix with fps_override "1"

I put fps override and Check [✔️] the box labeled "Disable fullscreen optimizations". And g force performance settup and fps all settings in cs and all. And still when i play on integrated graphic intel hd fps is 101 as i seutp but when i play on gforce fps is stuckek on 60 and i cant setup that!!!

The best solution to this problem is... Fullscreen windowed and then it will run full fps with n vidia

When i play on 600x800 windowed mode full screen everything is shrinked is there any solution?!
