sxe injection is a virus?

some servers only allow me to play if i have a sxe injection so i went to download sxe inject,heres the link:http://www.sxe-injected.com/
WHen i begin installing my anti virus pop up(AVG) saying that its a threat and now im confuse pls help i really want to play those server but avg says it a threat(virus).is it really a virus?
