All things has been set up. Everything from port forwarding, to listenserver.cfg to using only steam versions. sv_lan 0. "-nomaster" deleted from Steam.Inf.

It is not working even with connect command, so I need my friends connect via Internet.

Also it will be great to know how to make server appear in global server list.

Did you find out if those ports are really open? That is, if your ISP really has them open.
In case they are open and you cannot find a solution. I recommend that you download steamcmd and create the server from there

I'll check that out once I'll be out of the hospital. Just informing you that it's a matter of a month, not that I'm in any danger.

Ports are open, cause I did played Quake and CS:S previously and they worked fine. Ports were forwarded no different way.
