Counter-Strike 1.6 and Counter-Strike Condition Zero are limited to 100 FPS.
Although, you can choose between a series of commands to make the game to run smoothly and to gain performance.
Try to find a good '' rate ''. ( depends of your system and internet connexion)

For example: Already with 100.5 fps (ingame) the 0 hp drop on de_nuke from catwalk won't work anymore. Of course you won't feel any difference in movement with this small change in FPS, but the engine does! Keep this in mind.
BUT: You will feel a difference in movement with e. g. 200 fps.
Test it yourself with 100 and 200 fps:
Run in straight line, jump once and keep pressing W to run forward.
With 100 fps you will accelerate much faster after the jump.
Players with 300 fps are easy targets when they try to get away with a jump =D
