Mod problem, cso nst beta 3 ,how to make widescreen?

How can Imake this mod widescreen?Its only 4/3 ratio with black bars on side of screen.Can I input some command in cfg somewhere?

I have all of the other CS games on steam;
and wanted this game too (like to collect them all:) and I found the download with a small search and it works well (BOT PLAY) but- but it is difficult to see on a small laptop without widescreen.I want 1366 by 768 if possible.At moment it is 1024 by 768.

Any ideas?

In game video settings: OpenGl, Normal mode
In Launch options (Library, right click on cs 1.6, Properties, in Launch options write:
-stretchaspect

The mod s standalone ,I added a shortcut to the exe and changed its property by adding
-opengl -width 1366 -height 768 -stretchaspect

game is in 1366by768 but still with black borders,it got to this by width and height only commands btw.even with opengl and stretchaspect nothing else was gained.

Is the game only supposed to run like this,maybe where it is made they don't use widescreen monitors;(

U don't have to add shortcut to the exe....u have to add at Launch options. Go in Library (left upper corner in Steam), click there and in game list find a cs 1.6, right click on it and then Properties, in new tab find a Set Launch Options click there and in field type -stretchaspect. Also if u want u can type other settings as well.

The Mod i have is Standalone and does not run in Steam ,it runs by itself.

Can someone that plays game on Steam Version suggest where I can download another version of Mod so I can interface it with my Steam version Of Cs1.6?I think the version I have is based on Cs1.3.

If not thanks for all of the advice so far.
The game is still OK in 4 by 3 ratio ; maybe I will get external monitor for my laptop to see bigger/better.
