how to enable blood effeckts in cs 1.6 ?

when i shoot at an enemy threre will not come any blood that means im dont now if i am hiting him or not how can i enable this ?

Disable content lock in options.

Options > Lock > Uncheck "Content Lock"

Also, add these commands to your launch options if needed ->
+violence_ablood 1 +violence_agibs 1 +violence_hblood 1 +violence_hgibs 1
