trojan in cs?

Hi, mine win defender showed that in file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\Mp3enc.asi it found Trojan:Win32/Occamy.C. What do you think?

Counter-Strike by itself should not come pre-installed with any trojans.

It is very possible that the trojan may have been acquired as a custom file from some server download.

I suggest that you download Malwarebytes and do a full system scan instead.

Windows Defender is effective yes - but MWB is top-notch against malware; hence why i suggest using it instead.

There are many other things to do, such as setting your config to read-only and using the filter comamnd.

Maybe you joined a server that has a trojan file and you downloaded it.
