It is very possible that the trojan may have been acquired as a custom file from some server download.
I suggest that you download Malwarebytes and do a full system scan instead.

Windows Defender is effective yes - but MWB is top-notch against malware; hence why i suggest using it instead.
There are many other things to do, such as setting your config to read-only and using the filter comamnd.
