CS 1.6 fps locked at 60

in my cs1.6 my fps is not going above 60. i was playing at 99 fps but now its not going above 60

what to do

Is your FPS capped at 60 in other games as well?

1. Right click on "Counter-Strike" entry into Steam games list.
2. Select "Properties".
3. Select "Set launch options...".
4. Write those commands "+fps_override 1 +fps_max 100 +gl_vsync 0".
5. Save your changes.
6. Open your game and enjoy.
