black lines on the screen cs 1.6

Hello guys. When I open cs1.6 I have black horizontal lines. How can I solve it?

Games > Right click Counter-Strike 1.6 > Properties > Set launch options

Add this without quotes;

"-stretchaspect"

Run the game and see if it works.
